In his 30s, Lamar transitioned to mortgage protection insurance, earning elite, award-winning status as a Director who guided families through some of their most important financial decisions. But Lamar’s calling to funeral pre-planning runs far deeper than professional experience. Having endured many personal losses throughout his life, he knows the pain, confusion, and emotional weight that families carry when a loved one passes. These experiences changed him. They gave him not only empathy, but a mission: to help families avoid the stress and suffering that come when there is no plan in place. Lamar’s work is rooted in the desire to relieve others of the burden he once carried himself.
